The Fireplace & Gas Center was
established in 1979 by Jim and Marty
Gillespie. When they first opened, Marty
worked in the store and Jim was a
professional firefighter. He would work
in the store and do installations on his
days off from the fire station.

Together, they form a great team. Jim is all about efficiency
and safety and Marty is about style and customer
satisfaction. They bring years of experience and
knowledge to the customer. There is probably not an issue
they haven't faced. Jim and Marty both know how
important it is to continue with their education about

service people attend classes each year to keep up on new
codes and products and to keep their certifications current.
